Crew members use Kronos to clock in and out for every duty period, while supervisors manage schedules and ensure accurate reporting. The system covers all operational tasks, training, safety drills, meetings, and crew-related support work, and it helps protect both crew welfare and payroll accuracy by ensuring everything worked is recorded.
