Hello, i have something that i wanted to pin point, or maybe you could explain why MSC cruises is a bit racist . i have shipboard experience but all i get is rejections after rejections; it feels like they target l curtain nationalities and the rest of us; they tell you to apply direct on their website which they don not take even a second to send you a rejection email. In Africa there are a few recruiting agencies but only take people from their countries for example Shosholoza for South African people, Kenya has an agency and Mauritius then the rest of Africa nothing Then Carnival rejections as soon as sending applications even with experience; i feel like the discriminate applicants. Virgin Voyages( the Apollo) they never respond .
