Can you help me regarding this? We are here in dry dock in France, we don’t have passenger but the schedule is the same as we have passenger. Can you post this to aware the management, cause no one have guts to complaint about this, this is for all the crew here in ncl gem

Norwegian Cruise Line doesn't pay Stateroom Attendant any of the gratuity the guests pays, NCLH pay Room Steward a flat salary of $1600 per month without gratuity, they say tell the guest that the gratuity goes in a pool and pay some Crew which is a lie, because Room Steward doesn't get that gratuity.     Just wanna share a concern. I am from Norwegian Cruise Line. Been on a maternity leave and I am ready to go back onboard. They require to pass on some requirements like medical cert that indicates we have to be fit to work at sea. And it is already provided.
