On msc splendida salary not coming good even as nps is good but salary coming less .. even the senority no get we work hard but for the whole crew member salary coming less december salary we went to human resourse & crew purser they don't considered our matter like playing football with us crew purser say human resourse , human resourse say crew purser the thing that they don't care for crew and this what we call msc family.
